I understand that nothing contained in this application or conveyed during any interview that may be granted is intended to create an employment contract between Gilroy’s Kitchen + Pub + Patio and me. I understand and agree that if I am employed, my employment is for no definite or determinable period and may be terminated at any time, with or without prior notice or cause, at the option of myself or Gilroy’s Kitchen + Pub + Patio, and that no promises or representations contrary to the foregoing are binding on the Company unless made in writing and signed by the President or Managing Partner of Gilroy’s Kitchen + Pub + Patio.

  4. I authorize and request Gilroy’s Kitchen + Pub + Patio to thoroughly investigate my references, work record, education and other matters related to my suitability for employment and, further, authorize my former employers and those individuals I have listed as references to disclose to Gilroy’s Kitchen + Pub + Patio any and all letters, reports and other information related to my work record, including a statement of the reason for the termination of my employment, work performance, abilities and other qualities pertinent to my qualifications for employment without giving me prior notice of such disclosure. In addition, I hereby release Gilroy’s Kitchen + Pub + Patio, my former employers and all other persons, corporations, partnerships and associations from any and all claims, demands or liabilities arising out of or in any way related to such investigation or disclosure.
